PT Sumber Kurnia Alam (SKA) was entrusted as the organizer of the Manual Brew Competition held at Lampung City Mall, an event presented by Bank Indonesia. The competition provided a space for coffee enthusiasts and local industry players to showcase their skills in manual brewing, while introducing the rich flavor of Lampung coffee to the wider public.
The Manual Brew Competition challenges participants to brew coffee using manual methods, highlighting skill, precision, and creativity in exploring flavor profiles. The competition features an exciting 1v1 fun battle format, bringing together 32 participants, including local baristas and coffee enthusiasts. Each head-to-head match will be evaluated by professional judges, who will determine the winner based on taste, technique, and overall cup quality.
As the organizer of the competition, SKA was responsible for the entire execution of the event, from technical preparation and competition format curation to coordinating the event on-site. Being entrusted by Bank Indonesia to organize this event is a recognition of SKA’s capacity to support initiatives aimed at developing the local coffee ecosystem.
