Bandar Lampung, July 1, 2025 — PT Sumber Kurnia Alam (SKA) once again reaffirmed its commitment to creating a safe and productive work environment through the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) training.
The training, held on July 1, 2025, was attended by dozens of employees from various divisions, particularly those directly involved in field operations. The program was facilitated by external experts with extensive knowledge and experience in occupational safety, ensuring that participants received training aligned with both national and international standards.

The sessions covered fundamental principles of occupational safety, hazard identification, accident prevention measures, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency response simulations. Participants were also encouraged to build a safety-oriented work culture that goes beyond formal compliance with company policies.
This K3 training demonstrates that PT SKA is not only focused on achieving business targets but also on safeguarding its workforce, regarded as the company’s most valuable asset. The knowledge gained is expected to be applied in daily field activities, reducing workplace risks while fostering a healthier and more sustainable work environment.

Through this initiative, PT SKA emphasizes that the implementation of K3 is not merely regulatory compliance, but a continuous commitment to embedding safety as a core part of the company’s culture.
