On April 27, 2026, PT Sumber Kurnia Alam (SKA) underwent its Annual ISO 9001:2015 Audit, as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to quality standards, management, and responsible business practices. This annual audit marks an important milestone in maintaining the trust of partners, buyers, and stakeholders in SKA’s quality and governance. 

What Is the Annual ISO Audit? 

This audit covers the ISO 9001:2015 standard, an international quality management system standard that emphasizes process consistency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the company’s entire operations. The audit was conducted by PT BSI Indonesia, an independent certification body, covering a comprehensive review of SKA’s quality management system, from production processes and traceability data management to service for partners and buyers.

The audit took place over 1 day on April 27, 2026, involving document reviews, interviews with relevant teams across various departments, and direct observation of field practices. The SKA team prepared by ensuring all procedural documentation and operational records were complete and up to date ahead of the audit. 

Results and Follow-Up 

Based on provided evidence and implementation of the ISO9001:2015 principles, SKA have passed the annual audit and maintained its certification status. The audit results serve as the basis for SKA to continue maintaining and refining its existing quality management system, including following up on feedback and recommendations from the auditors as part of a continuous improvement cycle.
